Logan Motoshami: We have five weeks of data working from lower mortgage rates right now. Since October, the year over year declines have been 39% to 46% every week. The most recent biggest year over year decline was a few weeks ago at 46%. So one of the talking points I've had is that if things were actually getting weaker from this point adjusting to the comps, we should see year over year declined between 53% to 57%. Sounds crazy, but you make those adjustments, you can get there.
