TIA's Offer to Buy a Company for Less Than Cash
A TIA said they offer undervalued the company at 575 share, which was a 56% premium. The board turned down an offer for I think it was like $7 or $8 a share in cash to bid for like $17 a share on the balance sheet. Josh: What do you think about investors bidding to acquire companies for less than cash? Is that good or is that bad for the industry?
