We are back to, i don't know what, pre world war one nationalism and borders. And it is what is truly frightening about it, is the point you made about china. After all, ironically, china was held up as this great revolutionary military threat. They were going to be communism was inherently expansions. The soviet model had somehow trimmed it sales or been intiminated. But the chinese were really radical. Then somehow peace was made with china. They turned out to be better capitalists. Now because they were an economic threats and can produce things and and so forth, they are now the real target.
