The Consumer Rights Directive: How to Make Your Payments Crystal Clear

One of the rules under the Consumer Rights Directive is just taking this one example. If you are committing to something that's going to involve ongoing or reoccurring payments, the website has to be crystal clear about what you're joining. And then everything you've agreed to has to be in the order confirmation,. In other words, the receipt, the email, whatever that you receive after the transaction. So it's all got to be upfront crystal clear in writing for you to keep and to act on.
