How to Focus for a Specific Period of Time
The Pomodoro approach is a way to focus for a defined period of time and get the task done. You work steadily on the task until the timer goes off, then you take a five minute break. Once you finish that task, however many Pomodoro's it takes, cross it off the list and choose another one. Make sure to give yourself those five minute breaks periodically to stretch.
