Are We Going Off of Guidance on New Mobility?

I'm not worried that we won't get the safety thing right. I really think we will in terms of can an autonomous vehicle move safely throughout our streets, whether you live in rural or urban environments. But we haven't decided that we should bring the public along while we are working on the safety case. We are scared, less interested, uninformed. Politicians have an obligation to come up with some legislation in this area,. So we're all going off of guidance. It's a conundrum.
