The Main Character Doesn't Change at All

Andthing i'd never liked, and i've told her this, that internal chan i can show you a whole lot of very effective stories in which the main character doesn't change at all. I hopefully what she really is referring to, hopefully, if the story works, what she's referring to for that internal change isn't in the character. It's in the receiver of the story.
