What a Great Movie Year!

This is a perfect example of what makes this a great movie years like, and it's become stark relief in recent years. This is a year where there are three right off the top, absolute masterpieces off the board. If you have more than one of those movies, you're doing something really right in a given calendar year. And I think we could probably go argument for argument that there's two or three more, three or four more.
