How to Deal With Unconscious Conflicts
There are two kinds of conflicts that we deal with the day-to-day basis. One is a horizontal conflict, like should I stay at my current job or leave and go somewhere else? The other is a vertical conflict, which is how can I be a higher version of myself? Find the thing that you want to be your guiding principle and live by that. You will find that the more authentically self-connected you feel, the more you will be able to connect to others as well.
