Do Yoganidra for 30 Minutes a Day?

Yoganidra, done one to three times per week, has an imensely powerful effect on teaching you how to deliberately turn off your thoughts. It's used now in a lot of trama release programs. People who are dealing with a lot of overwhelm Will do yoganidra for 30 minutes or 20 minutes, sometimes even an hour a day. The rule on naps, according to death to doctor matthew walker, is naps should always be shorter than 90 minutes. So if you can take a nap and still sleep at night, great. But if you take naps and that disrupts your night time sleep, then you shouldn't nap.
