Musk tried to convince AC Propulsion guys to bring the T0 to market with his funding but they didn't want to do. Instead AC Propulsion introduced Musk to a group of three other entrepreneurs who had also recently approached them with a similar idea and had also been rebuffed. The group formed a the group formed a team and started figuring out how to be a car company. Elon did a three-part plan part-do I think he called it that came up like six or twelve months ago.
