Is There Evidence That Quitting Is Good for Your Health?
Psychology professor Rich rosh says quitting is good for you physiologically and psychologically. People who are better able to let go when they experience unattainable goals have less depressive symptoms, less negative affect over time. According to rosh, each of us encounters an unattainable goal about once a year. So this is a puzzle, and we need your help in solving it.
