Immobilizer Failure on a Motorbike
i2 says Jeremy once suffered immobilizer failure due to radio transmissions it was in 1999 at the Silverstone race circuit when attending a relatively small race meeting. He tried various options but eventually found that if i placed the key fob with the within the passenger wheel well it was close to a possible into the system and partly shielded by the car's body work. It goes to show if you ever are in that situation just put your immobilizer under the wheel arch of your car on the passenger side and it might work exactly but not very useful for motorbikes that's the problem anyway so it's good that in Mount Wellington they let you know that before you get into too much trouble although as
