Mastering Delayed Gratification
I feel like the majority of my questions is just your instogram post that i have written down on to the pad in front of me. But one of the things that youve said, which you touched on just a minute ago on line, is about mastering delayed gratification. I think it's the same with any kind of health shift as well. If you've been consistently resistance training for, say, a year, you probably can't see results months or months, let alone week on week. So you really have to just, in a sense, trust the process.
