I appreciate you outlining at least the times when you'd really want to start evaluating with additional diagnostics like imaging, particularly in these patients who are having those more acute onset or subacute onset. For sure, definitely good not to miss anything that could definitely change treatment or at least discussions on prognosis. In terms of one of the more common dystonias outside of these test specific dystonias and adults, I was hoping you could maybe provide a little bit more clarity on the subtypes of cervical dystonia that are commonly seen in the clinic.
