The Importance of Sleep
You're well adjusted and unlikely to take extreme stances on positions. That's because everyone's semi-fetal, I think so. And royal, that's where you are on your back, you're self-confident and sensation seeking. We've got a thousand questions to get through. What happens when we sleep? An excellent question. It turns out your brain is at least as active as when you're conscious during the day. So almost everyone goes through a series of what are called sleep cycles during the night. Each sleep cycle lasts about 90 minutes and it starts off with very light sleep when you're drifting away. You often get quite strange images going through your mind and some artists
