The Importance of Liberty in the Gospel

An old covenant believer would have been able to see them. There's this sense in Psalm 72 of the kingdom extending way beyond the kingdom of David, and then the son of man or the suffering servant. And yeah, granted those prophets, as Peter says, we're still left with the question, who am I writing about and how is he coming? But there is an increased sense that all of this liturgy and all of these laws that govern us, that somehow or another, they're all funneling towards this person who's variously described - Jesus Christ.
