Small or Extraordinarily Small?

If you have oversized back teeth your mouth will not even close all the way or your teeth won't align you can't chew. Extraordinarily small teeth would essentially be no teeth at all which is both a functional problem and would be a statically large teeth. Which one is easier to fix cosmetically? I mean without what oral surgery and tens of thousands of dollars in having implants and or dentures or whatever made and put in and all this stuff. After all of this discussion I am happily sticking with small.
