The gift section of the app is so helpful because it says to you what you're good at. It's almost like we need to tailor our jobs to us rather than trying to fit ourselves into our jobs right. I've noticed that not only do I feel more qualified and more secure in my contribution when I embrace my approach on it, but also I feel more like me.
