I thought, wow, we're going to go in this crisis and everything's going to fall apart. Like I couldn't have been more wrong. And it was painfully wrong because I built the company up until that point,. We were a tight group, a small group of people. I had to let everybody grow. It taught me a radical open-mindedness. The power of radical open- mindedness is such a powerful thing.
