Women in Ministry - Is There a Cape?

I hope that congregations become safe places for women in ministry to bring their whole selves to them yeah. I often don't see that just because they're quote willing to call a female pastor doesn't mean they're willing to have a woman in ministry be her full selfYeah you know and sort of kick and choose sometimes the most sort of stereotypically male parts of you right? Because look 2000 years of male domination in the church that doesn't go away by a few decades of ordaining win no it does not right it's for sure doesn't it for sure does not.
