'I'm a Puritaning Math Class'
Federal agents and local police conducted simultaneous raids in 33 cities. They descended on meeting halls and private homes, rounding up more than four thousand suspected radicals. The majority of the nation's newspapers supported the raids. But curiously, there was one liberty american politicians had agreed must be infringed. While palmer and his agents were hunting down the nation's radicals, bars restaurants and liquor s across the country were getting ready to start prohibition.
