Borris johnson's ten point plan is a wonderful propaganda tool used by dishonest governments everywhere. Nobody can seriously believe that that four billion is a plan to transform our economy in the way that we all know is urgently necessary. Some of the figures that i've seen as well point to four billion bell out to n fote ful companies as well post caved. So we had this paris agreement where we wold try to keep gobal warming below one point five degrees. It's clear that we haven't yet addressed that. What the government might say is that the state is like a liner, and that in order to kind of change courser it's going to look very slow
