No Plan Survives Contact With the Enemy

If you are not in adolescence and you're in young adulthood or adulthood or well into middle age, no matter what, if you start now, the earlier you start the better. You can just continue to build on those strength gains as you age. It doesn't get, and you have to continue to do it. No plan survives contact with the enemy. That means it's not if it's when there's going to be a critical moment in your life. And I know that that's pretty deep and people are like, wow, that's a little morbid. But again, you must train and plan for the inevitable and hopefully the inevitable never comes but it does.
