Surecan is the founder and CEO of vono, a company that develops home automation systems. He has developed his own video analytic system called concierge. It uses cameras to detect objects in images which can then be used as part of an alarm or security system. Surecan says he doesn't think smart devices are like alcohol - they're not hungry for more than what you already have.
