Is It the Right Time to Use Steroids in Coved?

When is the right time to use steroids? You have to be a doctor and use your best judgment. I don't taper off, i don't start fully tapering until they're off oxygen. So how i do it? Milgrample kilogram, and then i watch what they do. And then i start to taper once they're oction requirements are rapid or are significantly decreasing. But i continue until they's off oxygen. Once they're off Oxygen, then i taper off over about a week to ten days,. sometimes shorter, depends how long they are on oxygen.
