Menopaus Awareness - How Can We Support Our Older Populations?
Many work places have emphasized getting check ups from the neck up, making us keenly aware of mental health related resources. But what about reminding people get checked for things like prosad cancer or mamograms or colonoscopes when the time comes? Some companies even offer mid life reviews, where they sit down with older employees to talk about their goals for the next ten or 20 years of employment.
