The Role of Social Networks in Adolescence
I think that we're talking about a cohort of people who have never not been online, right, who have been marinated in social networks and their sort of dopamine. I guess the idea is that hopefully they'll eventually develop the ability to care about an issue when it's not about them. You know, people with ADHD with depression with anxieties take up so much space in the mental illness arena. And I just wish that there could be a moment when they stop and say, maybe this is not about me, right. Maybe, maybe I'm not the most important thing in the world right now.
