Five years ago, the court in a case called Master Pete's Gate Shop, consider the question whether he would violate the First Amendment for a state. The baker claimed that he had religious objections to providing the service. This time is Laurie Smith, who has a graphic design business and she does websites. She wants to expand her businesses but doesn't want to offer them to same-sex couples.
