Is Apple Going to Announce a Service Change?

Sa: It's a tough one, because this has been, you know, the reports are that they were originally planning on announcing it at w w d c. But i still don't think it's happening. A service is one that i like, but i don't think i want to go with it, because they announce service changes at weird times and this doesn't seem like the right time to do that.
