"I see completely it's injustice it's inhuman and you have tens and thousands of low-cost private schools like that having to shut down because of government regulations," he says. "That just makes me so angry, I think that your term of anger for this which is fraud is not sufficient it's it's much worse and that it's a crime on the people of our country"
