In a more stable system, i would be worried about any shange copling. That's over 20 %. The the other euristics i use is basically that shing coupling gets more expensive with the distance. And what i mean with distance is for small architectural distance, like ye or these two completely unrelated parts,. But in practice together than that, whi wegwell, be one of those surprises.
