You are going to experience pain from an injury at some point in your life. You will be less likely to get hurt if you're in good shape, if you're strong. If you go into that injury with a history of physical strength and there are people not listening to this podcast who don't ever do anything that involves any physical risk because they might get hurt. Well, that's an existential question that's outside of our purview.
