The Evolution of Ethernet

The Ethernet brand is its susceptibility to new technologies. Built in backward compatibility and interoperability are two big Ethernet values. Every time a new technology comes along that threatens to obsolete Ethernet, they have a meeting and decide to call it Ethernet will persist forever but it'll just be changing underneath.
