Do You Have High Self Compassion?

Many people who have high self compassion, but don't practise compassion for others. Dnit typically works in the direction that you talked about there. We found with some of our patients who have the lowest levels of self compassion. They often have a much easier time seeing another patient in a group d and hearing that person's struggles.
