Are Small Companies Getting Better Deals With Rising Health Care Costs?

Small companies reported that their health cir cost last year rose almost ten %, while large companies reported only five% increase. Large companies tend to have very stable groups of employees tha don't change very much from year to year. Small companies are much more likely to bee fully insured. Fully insured companies need to abide by every state's mandates,. and they tend to therefore have somewhat higher costs.
