The US Dollar Is a Reserve Currency
The U.S. government got a downgrade back in the Obama years from whatever it was or AAA rating to AAA minus. Fitch has the United States at AAA at present and they're saying that they're not as confident about that. People, I think, seem to have forgotten that the pound sterling was once a reserve currency. It was not too terribly long ago.
