Are the Crime Rates Going Down?

As more people get above the poverty line, h crime, crime rates decrease. Wu: I think it's because they'd better a better representation there. Ause i think that a lot of times a wealthier person will get arrested for the same drug offence, but might not get arrested becausee they'll get a better plea bargain from their better attorney. But oftentimes they don't have that same luxury for a black person, if they have the same amount of mariguana. It's like the crack laws. They gave those drugs to black people and then made crack laws the drugs. So do i think that those were targeted policies to get rid of the drugs? Yes. And so
