Do I Need More Therapy With Revlimid or Pomolidomide?

It can be case by case if you have certain situations where a patient needed more therapy upfront or needed intensification of therapy and that's not common, but it does happen. Of the classes of drugs that we use, primarily we know that it's imids that can limit our ability to mobilize and collect enough stem cells. There are other things that go into that, so patients that had higher comorbidity scores, I believe over three, they also had more difficulty collecting.
