Bowling v Sharp Problem, if It Is a Problem?
Boling v sharp might not, the outcome might be good, but the reasoning might be bad, and it might have all these unintended consequences. I don't think there's been a lot of adverse consequences to that. The problem for me, david, is, even if i take his law review as point that a equal protection is not built into the fifth amendment, either textually or a substantively, or anything else.
