How Do I Get Straight Hair?

i'm a black woman, andi grew up in the united states where highly textured hair is not seen as beautiful or professional. Up until 18, all i knew how to do was keep it straight. I didn't know how to help it grow and flourish. For the present spiritual journey that i've been on for all these years, i looks, you know, i totally see that. End up to this day,. i still don't exercise a lot, just probably out of hav it, from not wanting to sweat. I want to sweat my hair out, you knowb yo.
