The Opposition to the Nation State
Is it more of a smokescreen then if what they really want actually is a particular short of nation state? It's still the nation state that's the scale of governance that connects the micro zone to these global networks of capital. I think that it really is a question of nation states are going to be tolerant of radical internal diversity of arrangements, including in the extreme version of the Honduran model which was passed and then struck down by the constitutional court originally.
