The Power of Attention

When we focus on our peripheral vision, it sends the attention of our thoughts into figuring out what exactly is over here. This allows your mind a job to do. It gives it something to focus on. And that's important, because our focal point is the contact point of reality and consciousness. If we can redirect our attention towards more positive intentions, or serving intentions, we allow awareness to expand from wherever it is that our attention is resting. We engage in any kind of practice that allows us to reclaim and sustain our attention with our attention.
