Hunter biden violated federal law because he had prostitutes cross state lines in order to have sex with him. Right-wing press has been only too happy to put the pictures out there showing graphically that this happened. The current understanding is that that law even though it's very broad on paper will only be used to prosecute involuntary sex trafficking right of adults or sex trafficking.
