I Think in Politics, Fairness Matters, and the Perception of Fairness
i do believe that for every decision like this you make, both in terms of money and in terms of political capital, by elping out one group of people, it's not a zer o some game to a certain extent. So i think on the fairness question, to me, it seems like it is favoritism for a first serfor for a certain sector. There's a huge number of people who own leeded one year of college and still have a huge amount of debt that the that they get to have discharge.
