The Value of a Client Faced Project Manager
I think the value of a client facing project manager cannot be understated. You may as well just have that person there speaking from experience, which honestly from a sales standpoint, I think is very compelling. So if you have a strong account manager who is great at telling a story and building relationships with your clients, they may be a good candidate to also get some project management training. And then you can scale from there.
