The Importance of Cardio in Boxing
Just practicing the technique is the most important. I think that a lot of it's going to come down to just instinct which is why I'm focusing more on learning good technique rather than sparring with bad technique. So I'm hoping like to train muscle memory. You'll just kick in when I'm like on autopilot you know. It seems as though at least right now you're kind of not slowing down a bit but like taking it easier.
