If you say in public, in the west, on any of the major news platforms or even on social media that this is a proxy war, then you're often denounced as being a Putin sympathiser. That's remarkable because no less than Anthony Blinken, the US Secretary of State has more or less admitted that this isa proxy war. The Financial Times just last month put out an article where they said and I quote, conflict in Ukraine has once again shaken those bottled scorpions with two powers, Russia and the US indirectly locked in a proxy war on Russia's border. Even the Ukrainians themselves have admitted that there is daily coordination in terms of intelligence, planning, strategy with the United States
