The Pomodoro Technique
We work in 20 minute blocks, and then we have a five minute break. So i negotiate with with my wife at the start of the day what the five minute jobs are. They can be anything from cleaning the coffee machine to turning on a pile of washing. But they're just their five minute jobs, right? Thet youre just, normally, on a week end, you probably wouldn't get round to doing because week end, and i'd rather be doing something else.
