The Role of MR in the Diagnosis of Shoulder Pain
Night pain is a common feature of people who have shoulder problems particularly if they lie on that side. I know many of our colleagues now are using scans particularly ultrasound look ultrasound scans to pick up possible abnormalities. How accessible is MR over there? Some physios having immediate direct access some having to go through medical practitioners very very very waiting lists so it's variable but lots of people now because of comparable diagnostic accuracy and because of less cost attending to prefer diagnostic ultrasound.
